If you are anything like us, when we order we like to get it right away. Maybe it's out of need or just driven by desire. No matter the case, we like to get our treasures and treats as soon as we can. So we have a Service Level Commitment to all of you. We will, whenever is humanly possible, ship your orders out to you within 48 hours from the time you order. If there is any challenge with us meeting that timeline, we will notify you via email.
We at Trés Spa believe in our products and their quality and feel you should be satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a sample size of the ReSqu products so that you can try a smaller size before you commit to the larger, more expensive, package.
With the current COVID Pandemic, no returns can be done so all sales are considered final. However we may grant store credit in certain situations. Of course, if we have made a mistake than refunds may be granted.
